Today I just want to reach out to my single friends on this space.
The ones who have had relationships that didn’t work out
The ones who have not had any in a long while
The ones who feel unlucky considering the kind of people they meet
The ones who feel like this love thing may never reach them
The ones who feel lonely and are afraid to be alone for life
The ones pressured by family and friends directly or subtly
The one presented with lots of choices but battling confusion as regards decision making.
Whoever you are and whatever category you fall into, allow me a messenger of hope to you today!
Seasons change and the beautiful thing is that your waiting season won’t be forever!
As cliche as it may sound, pls trust God’s timing for your life. It’s usually the most beautiful thing.
When the time comes, everything would layer up beautifully and believe me! Your only wish would be to have started enjoying that kind of life earlier.
It would be sad to have waited this long only to start wishing to have another opportunity to be single again so you can make a better choice.
One year in a beautiful marriage is enough to make you forget your many years of waiting
One year in a bad marriage is enough to make you wish for many more single years so you can be free again!
Read the last two sentences again and tell yourself “my marriage will be worth the wait”
