THE DAY I BECAME A CAR REWIRE – RANDOM ACTS OF KING D’S LOVE (DAY 2)
written by Olabisi David
I can’t be the only woman who doesn’t bother myself with repair and maintenance of many things in the home. When I have a Mr Fix-it, what’s my ‘consign’?π My own is to carry phone and pass the information, Baby this thing is not working oh. Even our car, I’ll just enter, start it and drive off. No checking water level or anything. Wetin I sabi? God deliver me π
The day God will catch me, King D travelled to Ilorin. I was on my way home from church, Deedee was just 4 months old. Thank God my friends were with me in the car. I suddenly noticed the car was overheating, it has never happened before, kilosele! I parked the car and as usual, I called my Mr Fix-it. “I’m still in Ibadan” he said. Ah, I don enter!
I called him on video call, he told me to check all the fuse, we discovered the wire of one had melted. He began to give me instructions. I bought new wire, fixed it and viola the car was functioning properly.
All the people around who thought I was waiting for a mechanic was surprised when I entered back and drove offπͺ
My Mr Fix-it Damilare Mike David , thank you for coming to my rescue always, I never get to bother myself about so many things because you are here for me. Thank you my darling. Happy birthday in advanceπ₯°π
On that day, I knew it was such a blessing to have a Mr Fix-it. Do you have one? Oya, show them some loveπ
