CHOOSING OUTSIDE GOD’S APPROVAL-:
God can lead you in choosing, the devil can lead you & your 5 senses can lead you. But whatever leads you, your choice will be tested someday. When the test comes & you go back to God, how do you defend it that He authored your marriage, how do you answer His question about His approval of the union?
My father told me that two months after he married my mother, he embarked on a fasting & prayer session that God should tell him more about his wife. The first question God asked him was “Who gave that woman to you?”. Thanks to God that he had facts to convince God with all God told him & showed him (not assumption of compatibility, imagination of compatibility, fabricated lies or cooked stories). God been satisfied, now gave him an instructional prayer point for few days. On doing this, God revealed to him that his wife would have died during the second month stage of her first pregnancy (that pregnancy happened to be me & this vision I’m fulfilling now by writing you could have died as a result). Assuming he just wooed in the lady and he had no facts to convince God, he would have lost such revelation that could have caused his widowhood, and many generation enjoying God through His ministry in my hands today could be lost.
This is where match-making doesn’t work scripturally, only God sees the future from the beginning and He knows what is best & durable for you. Many have done this and have themselves to blame, they suffer it alone, irrespective of who has misled them ……………
