TODAY’S RELATIONSHIP/MARRIAGE TIP
*** LOVE IS NOT BLIND pt2***
“Love covers multitudes of sin” (prov 10:12), but get it, only sins that have been repented from & forgiven, God doesn’t overlook a sinner’s sins in progress. But in our case, we overlook vital issues that should be addressed & solved most times in our relationship/courtship, maybe for the fear of loosing the very beloved, or out of pity; so that the loved one won’t feel inferior or offended. But do you know the amazing thing? When these relationships eventually & patchily lead to marriage & those attitudes re-surface, tolerance gradually fades & dies at a point, then divorce flashes around. If they can think of divorce now, why didn’t they breakup in the relationship/courtship stage when the problems were still fresh, would it not be better then?
But as I said in my previous topic, “breakup doesn’t solve it all”, we can make corrections now, don’t patch or overlook any questionable & unpleasing attitudes now that they are still fresh.
Most especially, what is God saying about your relationship?
