I understand how easy it could be for a woman to get engrossed in caring for her husband and children. It’s something we live for, isn’t it? I absolutely adore my husband and daughter, I really do. But how empty I would feel to look back many years from now to see that I sacrificed my FIRST purpose for living on the altar of marriage and motherhood! What account will I give to my God?
Woman, you were called to be a wife and to be a mother! You were also called for so MUCH MORE. Are you thinking you can’t fulfill in all? You CAN and you WILL because so much grace has been made available to you by God.
It’s time for you to go back to the drawing board. Remember your purpose! Remember the exploits waiting to gain expression inside of you! Remember all your plans! Remember all the Lord wants you to accomplish for him. Remember the destinies attached to yours. Remember the true fulfillment God wants you to enjoy. It’s now time to sit up, dust yourself, ask God for revelation, instruction and direction and begin to act immediately.
Single ladies, are you postponing all your plans till after marriage? Leaving vital decisions of your life till then? Why wasting your years? Why wait till later when you can start now? Don’t shortchange yourself. Get to work! Night is fast approaching.
